and join our Patron’s Programme.

This October and in the run up to OPEN STUDIOS: AUGUST HOUSE, the META foundation in association with August House Artists will officially launch its Patron’s Programme – a Campaign focused on introducing aspiring collectors to artists through a series of exchanges.

The campaign involves the introduction and facilitation of a connectivity between an Artist and an interested party (a Patron), in other words the forging of inter-personal relationships between a creative and an individual who wants to get to know, the respective Artist’s practice alongside their potential interest in collecting Art. The focus of this programme is on August House based artists who work independently and are not represented by Galleries.

I am interested. Now what?

This is a great way to start a collection or add to an existing one. This program focuses on a monthly contribution towards an Artist’s Studio rent in exchange for an artwork, after a given period of time. During this time you will get to know the artist and understand their practise.

What Now?

Choose an artist from the selection below.
Click on the link to complete the form that relates to that artist.
Shortly thereafter, we will be in touch with you.
You would have decided what amount you want to pay and for how long you want to contribute for.
You will be invited to visit the artist and look at artworks that are for sale. If you don’t find something you like, we will invite you back. During this time you will get to know the artist and understand their practise.
At the end of the period, you will be invited to collect the artwork that you have chosen.
