I am Wisani Manyisi, a contemporary artist born on July 25th, 1985 in Limpopo, South Africa. Currently residing in Johannesburg, my artistic journey is deeply rooted in my fascination with the psychology of children, which I juxtapose with my own childhood memories. I stared ingaging seriousl with my art practice in 2010, I attained my Foundation in Art Practice from the Funda Centre. I then proceeded to the Tshwane University of Technology in 2013, where I completed a Diploma and a B-Tech in Fine Arts. Further expanding my education, I obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Education, specializing in Creative and Visual Arts, from the University of Johannesburg in 2019. Currently I work as an artist and art educator.
