“A studio is a sacred place,” declares artist El Anatsui, “that you come to do some reflection and thinking.” An escape from outside distractions, the studio environment fosters experimentation, problem-solving, and creative growth.

This online exhibition is a presentation by Artists who have studios at August House in response to having to cancel our open studios due to the covid-19 virus and the current lockdown.

This online exhibition will allow you to see and buy new works created by these artists. The exhibition will launch on Sunday 05 April at 10 am.
