Jabril was born in Cameroon April 1983, where he attended the Baptist primary school in Bamenda. It was in primary school that he first found a love for drawing and sold his first drawing to his class teacher at age seven. From that moment on he was motivated to create. He started experimenting with any materials he could find. He went so far as collecting charcoal and chalk stones from a nearby river. He created work on paper, wood and even on the walls.
